Problems with adding a user

If it's not possible to add the user because the email is already in use, you either have to use another email or contact support to help you.

If the confirmation link in the email invitation is just taking you to the Wincher homepage then something is wrong. To fix this make sure popups are allowed on Wincher, and try the link once more. When the confirmation link in the email is clicked, you're meant to be redirected to the homepage with a registration popup. As seen in the picture down below:
